Gate Phone

I spoke with Qwest today and was able to set up an account for our gate. The technician will be out on Monday morning to establish service.

Qwest confirmed that we will not be responsible for any missed payments by Mastro. The new account is under Grand Alliance Association (with a new phone number) so we're in no way tied to the old account.

Nice....so I guess the next thing on the aganda to discuss is HOA dues, considering these utilities all need to be paid. Awesome though, things seem to be starting to look up...great work!

Yes, we need to match our wants verses our $ for dues at the meeting on Wed. at the Fire House. What can we afford?

we are glad to see the gate working, Wanted to know who I needed to talk to about getting our remotes activated. I purchased them when we moved in but they were never activated due to the phone line being down. Is there a way for me to get them to work on the gate. Thanks Tony

When Qwest comes to program will they put phone numbers in that never got put into the system? Ken & I moved here after the phone line was shut off so our telephone number (and names) didn't get put into the panel out there. If so, is there someone specific I could call (like a technician @ Qwest or if one of the neighbors is going to be out at the gate with the technician on Monday) to give that information to?

Thank you,

Dawn James

Hi Dawn :)
Once the phone line is in, Chris will be able to program all of the phone numbers into the box for us. He plans on having a sheet at the meeting for neighbors to provide their phone numbers, and for those not at the meeting he'll go door-to-door.
