Real Estate Signs
As many of us know, we've had some problems in the past with real estate signs being trashed in our neighborhood. The signs have been replaced several times, and I thought this problem was behind us. However, a few of the signs have been damaged again. Please, let's all remember that these homes are for sale. Vandalism may turn potential buyers away.

Also on this note...the Grand Central Park picnic table is still broken. I know people have attempted to fix it, but it's not an easy fix. My husband says the only way to fix it permanently, is to have it welded back together. Maybe a post asking anyone with welding equipment to help out is a good idea? Just a thought...
