Thank You

This is a couple weeks overdue, but it's better to be late than never. A handful of neighbors recently spent several hours cleaning up the common area along 231st. They cleaned up debris, mowed, etc. and it looks wonderful.

Lee and Trudy (and kids), Pat, Lisa, Mike (and son).... thank you so much for the hard work. If I'm leaving anyone out, I'm really sorry.

Luckily we've had a cold spring which has kept the grass growth slow. However, as the temperature starts to warm up, we're going to need to get a group together to handle our landscaping for this year (or until we get control of the HOA and can hire a landscape crew).

Any volunteers to help get something together?

This weekend it is supposed to be decent weather. Saturday our day looks pretty full, but Tanner can always come out and help if there is a crew out there. Sunday would be ok.

Thank you Matt and sons for pitching in and helping mow the front of the development. Tanner also helped mow and Tarren helped weed. It was such a nice day to get out there and work. There is still more grass to mow and weeding to be done. It would be nice to see some more of the homeowners out there helping out a bit. It really doesn't take long if a group gets out there. It makes it look so much nicer.

The black garbage bags left right in front of the gate looks real good. Are the mowers going back to finish cleaning up the mess are the bags just left for someone else to clean up.We appreciate you mowing but how hard would it be to finish the job,and if you expect someone else to do it then ask for help. A little premuture on boosting your unfinished work on the blog.

The above comment was just rude. Maybe that is the purpose for "hiding" behind an anonoymous name. Atleast someone took the time to attempt to help out especially when trying to get the majority of the neighbors in this community to volenteer to do anything...is close to the equivalent of pulling teeth. Maybe the above commentor should maybe offer up alittle of his/her own time...maybe show everyone else how it's supposed to done? Unbelievable!

I will ignore the anonoyomous comment and thank the folks that mowed and weeded. It looks great and it is very appreciated.

I agree with Jennifer, how rude!!! I guess I'd say if they think they can do it better, do it! I love how people aren't brave enough to write things using their real names. They have to "hide" as Jennifer said! How hard would it have been for the anonymous writer to pick up a bag on the way in & out? Very tacky!! Especially with all of the hard work the volunteers have put in!! Come on neighbors, let's grow up!!
