- Grill - this is kind of important. Ours isn't very portable. Does anyone have something we can use?

Clean up of lots in Phase 1
We could have a Spring Clean Up party in the morning of our picnic on May 16th.
We should recommend that each builder designate one lot for storage of his building material and equipment. The builders could enclose the area with a temporary fence.
I would not mind manning (or should I say womaning) the grill if no one else is interested. I love the grilling job. My husband and I will be attending and will bring some hotdogs and buns. Now we just have to hope it is a nice day out.

Chris and I will be attending. We'll bring the condiments (ketchup, mustard, lettuce, etc) and I'll bake a batch of brownies.
We will be attending. 8517 230th St. Ct. E.
We will bring chips and some cookies.
There will be four in total: Tim, Tricia, Garrett and Hayley.
We'll be there, 6 total... We'll bring Hamburgers and buns.

It will just be me attending...
And I will bring pasta salad, eating utensils, and paper plates.

The Zarella's will be attending..5 in all.. We can bring fresh fruit and some sodas.
The Ihrig's will attend, there are 3 of us and we will bring a salad and hot dogs and buns.
Lot #131
The Nutts will be there. 2 of us. We'll bring baked beans. Our grill isn't portable either.
I am going to try to make it at some point with my 2 kids (The VandenBooms). Probably not to eat so don't count us in for that.
I will see you guys there and I will bring broccoli salad.

I have a grill that you can use if someone wants to be in charge of it and take it to the park. I am unable to man handle it with 2 little kids and my husband is at work. Call me if you need it 875-7901. I will also bring some pop.
