Thanks to everyone who helped make our first neighborhood BBQ a huge success! I didn't count the amount of heads but it looked like we had about 30-40 people show up. Could we have asked for nicer weather? We'll have to put a date on the 
calendar for this summer and do it again. To those of you who missed out, hopefully you can make it next time! Thanks again, everyone!

Sorry Tim and I missed the BBQ! With 2 broken ankles and a broken neck, it's a bit hard for me to get around. Since our motorcycle accident in April, I've had 2 surgeries. One on my ankle and one on my neck. The neck surgery was done this past Tuesday and I've been struggling through my recovery this past week.
A special THANKS to the Sunich family who were kind enough to bring us dinner one evening. Thanks bunches!! It was greatly appreciated and very helpful since I'm not able to cook and Tim works all day.
It will be like this for another 6 to 8 weeks. Not looking forward to it at all if we continue having beautiful weather! It's hard to keep me down and I forget I'm limited in what I can do. It's also a bit too hot with a cast on the left leg, a boot on the right let and a neck collar. I'm NOT complaining about the weather! I love it like this.
Sorry that we missed meeting everyone! Maybe we can make the next BBQ!!
