Just a heads up... Would you please let folks know that coyotes are entering the neighborhood in Phase 1? These pups are out at all times of the day. The pups may seem harmless but they are not. They are hunting! If you do not have a fenced yard for your pets, please keep them on a leash when you take them out to go to the bathroom. They love cats! Coyotes killed our dog when we moved into this neighborhood. We would hate to have someone experience what we went through.

We have seen them too. We came home the other evening about 9:00 pm and one of them was up by our fence. They are coming all the way up front here. Just keep an eye out for them.
One pooped on the sidewalk leading to our front porch (their poop looks different than dog poop... sad that I know this!). So yes, they're definitely not afraid to get up close to the houses. There are many cats that hang out in the vacant lot next door to me and I worry about them.
