Why is anyone sending complaints, anonymous or not to the blog now that we have a management company that is responsible for sending out the letters to violators in the neighborhood? Maybe people need to know that if they want to make a valid complaint...it should be sent through the proper channels if they expect to see any results.And I do believe JC-Higgens doesnt accept complaints that are anonymous.
Jennifer, you're correct. JCH doesn't accept anonymous complaints. And for the record, I don't do anything with anonymous comments left on the blog, especially when they trash fellow neighbors. I simply hit "delete". If you have a problem, feel free to email me with your concern or file a formal complaint. I am not the neighborhood hate-mail messenger.
