As of today, the gate will be open during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm (construction hours)
Saturday-Sunday: 11am-5pm (realtor hours)

I think this is better than to be forced by the Courts. I like having the gates locked 24/7-but to sell homes you have to be "open". This is not an easy decision but I think it's the right one. If you need any help-let me know. Jay

Thanks for all that you and your husband have done with the gates. I hope that this helps sell the homes in our communities without the trouble that we had many months ago. I also hope that we get something back from the builders for doing this for them. Time will tell. Again, thank you for all you have done.
