Grand Firs owes A-Plus landscape company over $30,000. As of now, there are no plans for them to come after our neighborhood for the balance.
We plan on getting landscape bids soon. We obviously don't have money to hire anyone right now but would like to add the figures into our budget for when we are able to take the HOA over.
