Neighbors, another community meeting is in the works. Jim has reserved the room at the fire station on Wednesday, March 10 from 7-9pm.
The Grand Alliance Association board members (Jim, Mark, Dan and Mandy) met on the 22nd and went over a tentative agenda. The topics, including guest speakers, are as follows (order to be determined):
1. Update on HOA
2. Update on vacant lots
3. Rensaissance Homes team: Randy Sebastian, owner
4. Neighborhood Watch Program: Judy Holly (Pierce Co Sheriff's Dept), Ashley Jones, Jim Nace
Three neighbors brought goodies to share at our last meeting. Anyone want to bring something this time around?

For those of us who cannot attend can we please get an electronic newsletter or have the info. posted on the blog so we can keep up to date?...because so many cannot or choose not to attend mtgs. I think it would be great if we can have folks send in their e-mail addresses if they choose to get info. in a newletter. I think the blog is great, but don't see it as a way to send info. to all...not everyone reads it. We can post notice on mailboxes so folks know who to send their addresses to. Saves stamps and time! Thanks to all for your hard work!
To answer your above comment,Lisa...I know that at the last meeting we had, Jim sent around a form for people who were intereseted in trying to start an electronic newsletter, and unfortunately, only recieved 8 out of 25 e-mail addresses from the meeting participants that night. So not nearly enough to try to get something like that up and going. Mandy, however, is excellent at informing a large group of neighbors every time there is a new blog post through personal e-mails. If you want, and if it helps to be notifies of new information, send in your email address to grandfirs@hotmail.com, and we will get you added to the notification list. Also, ALL meeting information is posted on the Grand Alliance Blog, on the right side panel of the regular blog home page. Mandy is always very thorough with her notes, and works really hard to get the information out to all who could not, or just chose not make it to a meeting. You can usually expect to see meeting updates a day or two after the meetings. Hope this helps.
